1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeedyBOT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeedyBOT provides Discord bot management services including automated moderation, welcome messages, leveling, tickets, verification, and utility tools for Discord servers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service in ways that violate Discord's Terms of Service

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Configuration data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeedyBOT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs associated with SpeedyBOT are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
